Forgot Onyen password! x_x

<p>I made an Onyen thing about an hour back. Yes, an HOUR. I was at a cyber cafe about a mile from my house, and then when I came back to my house and tried to relogin, it says I've entered an incorrect password. I'm so so sure of what that password is, because I use the same one for my email account, but its not working. </p>

<p>I'm not on campus (I'll be enrolling during Fall) so I can't get my password reset on campus. They say that I can get my password reset by faxing them some form, but that requires either a state driving license (I'm an international, and I don't drive) or a UNC campus ID card, which I obviously don't have. </p>

<p>So what can I do to reset my password? ='(</p>

<p>PS- I have, btw, tried capslock on/off and all.</p>

<p>I believe there is another way to change it, but you may have to enter your PID# and maybe SS#.</p>

<p>I don’t have my PID (the number is written on my account homepage, my account is accessed through my Onyen) and I don’t have a social security no. either (I’m an international student, we don’t have them). Plus the thing you’re talking about is for forgotten Onyens, I believe, not forgotten passwords.</p>
