So… it’s been 6 days since I submitted my common application to three colleges and universities. But it occurred to me that I had completely forgotten to put anywhere that I am a member of NHS!! I marked about my high honors throughout all four years of high school… but never mentioned NHS in my activities.
Should I contact the three schools I have already applied to, or leave it as is? Thank you.
Leave as it, IMO. NHS is soooooo far down the list of things to boast about.
Exactly as skieurope said, being a member of an NHS is not something that colleges are impressed with. I didn’t put in the fact that I was a part of NHS because the spaces were limited (to 10), and there were lot more important facts to say than that.
However, if you are on a board of directors, then I might…(eh, still I won’t honestly because it doesn’t make much a difference, and it may rather complicate the problem during the process)
