Forgot to change Spring 2017 to "in progress"

So my fiancé forgot to change her classes to “in progress” instead of “planned” she got an email from UCSC saying she wasn’t gona have the 60 credits required, and if she could take some classes during the summer to complete 60 credits, the thing is she is enrolled and in those classes so she will have 63 units, they gave her a link to respond which would be sent to all the UCs she applied. She sent her transcript to show she is enrolled and will have 60 units and explained what happened.

My question is should she still contact every UC personally, she hadn’t gotten any responses yet, and just thought it was that they were lagging, but this most likely is the reason.

Has anybody gone through this situation?

I also forgot to do this but was over 60 credits. I’ve gotten into two schools so far so I imagined they’d kinda figured it out themselves (esp since one is a prereq). It’s not a bad idea for her to contact them all just in case
