Forgot to copy-paste a question

Hey,

I forgot to copy and paste my answer to this question on the Common Application:

Your intellectual life may extend beyond the academic requirements of your particular school. Please use the space below to list additional intellectual activities that you have not mentioned or detailed elsewhere in your application. These could include, but are not limited to, supervised or self-directed projects not done as school work, training experiences, online courses not run by your school, or summer academic or research programs not described elsewhere.

I actually just realized this today, is there any way for me to upload it? Would it be alright for me to submit it through the Upload Materials section on the Harvard student portal? Or would that be frowned upon? Further, how much will the omission of this question impact my application? Thank you!

Uploading it on the materials section and noting that you accidentally forgot to submit it originally should be fine - people make mistakes and they’ll probably understand.

Note that this is an entirely optional question so it probably won’t make a difference unless you have something really remarkable to share - my answer to this was only a short paragraph IIRC and probably didn’t really add or detract anything from my application. I know a few (accepted) people who just left it blank. I wouldn’t stress over it.
