<p>I just found out recently that many students fill out a form with their extracurriculars and hours, which they turn in to the school. If I didn't know about this (and I wasn't the only one), does that mean I can't mention those extracurriculars on my college apps?</p>
<p>If I were you, I would think back to the dates where you did service and estimate your hours to the best of your ability. Of course you can list them on your apps. You did the work. :)</p>
<p>We don't turn anything into my school that's official- and it's not a requirement.</p>

<p>Same thing happened to me, it doesn't matter. Just do what you can remember, and then some :D.</p>
