I just submitted my MIT part 2 applciation and I totally forgot to input AP environmental as a course that I am currently taking. What should I do?
They’ll see it on your transcript.
As said above, they’ll still get your official transcript, but I’d shoot them an email just to be safe.

It’s still early, I doubt they’ve gotten to your application yet, and it’s quite possible they haven’t started on any of them yet. Email them and I’m sure it’ll be fine.
Even if you didn’t, the only way I could see it hurting you is if you did poorly in it and they perhaps thought you were trying to hide a bad grade from them. If it was a good grade, why would anyone intentionally try to hide that? But as long as you let them know early, you’ll be fine.
