Forgot to report a non-transferable course I took in high school?

I was recently accepted to Berkeley, UCLA, Davis, and UCSD. I realized today that I forgot to report a math class I took in 2009, back when I was in high school, because it isn't UC transferable, and I took it so long ago I forgot it was on my transcripts! My worry is that I already reported a dropped class and haven't heard back yet from any school except Davis on this matter. Do you think this discrepancy would be likely to get me rescinded on this basis alone? I'm already stressed enough about my dropped course, I don't know if it would make things even worse for me to report this before I've heard back or to wait.

Since it’s nontransferable, reporting it is unlikely to result in your offer of admission being rescinded.

Not that I’m an expert in the admissions process, but I imagine that reporting this class to the UCs wouldn’t result in your admission getting rescinded because if you were to have reported it back in November, you would have still been admitted to these schools because they don’t take nontransferable courses into consideration in the admissions process. If, however, this were a transferable class, and especially if you didn’t get a good grade in it, you’d be in trouble.

I hope you find that comforting. I think you’ll be fine.

Do you think I should report it right away, even though I haven’t heard back about my other changes yet? (And thank you. I do find it comforting! I’m living in fear of getting rescinded, haha…)

No it will not.

Source: I did the same thing except in college.

@onehandedred Ah, thank you. Good to know. I’m especially neurotic until I’ve got my SIR in.

I put the academic change report to UCLA and heard back in a day. They really don’t care about it haha

@tzeros

I’d report it now if I were you. It’s best to just get it out of the way.

Thank you both for the help!

Wait? You’re a transfer and you had to report your high school grades (I didn’t…)? Also, glad to hear your issue has been resolved^^

@jonjon03‌

No, but all transfers have to report all college courses taken, even if taken in high school.

@jonjon03 Yeah, it was a community college course I took during high school, so it shows up on my current transcripts even though I took it almost 5 years ago.

@tzeros @Cayton I had a moment of fear, yea misread your post^^ When I was going through applications I had to dig up records from 2005…crap it took me a long time to transfer.

Just don’t do anything @tzeros‌ . My daughter didn’t list three non-transferable courses (2 P/F and 1 with an A). They saw her transcript which listed them and never even brought it up. It’s understandable you would forget. No one is going to do anything.

@lindyk8 Ah, even better news. Thank you. I just didn’t want anything to get messed up on a technicality.
