I forgot to self-report my AP scores on my Common App for UChicago ED. I uploaded an unofficial score report on my UChicago Account and will email them as soon as possible to ask them to add it to the file. Am I screwed? What should I do?

No you are not screwed. Uploading via the Uchicago Account is fine - that’s what my D did last year. She did not include any standardized test or AP scores on her CA.
