I totally forgot about my ACT score that I had taken a long time ago. Decisions are still coming out in a week or 2 and some colleges require all test scores. Should I send it in? Is it too late?

Don’t bother sending them. Because of the ACT score sending policy, your colleges won’t know that you forgot/haven’t sent your scores. Additionally they won’t be used in admissions decisions since they will probably be sent and processed AFTER you’ve gotten your decision.

Basically you did not send in all scores for the school that require that. I don’t think sending it in now or not may affect their decision as it is likely too late. The question is what would be the outcome of not sending in all scores. If your school do put the test scores on your transcript, they probably would find it out. Frankly, I think you should just send an e-mail to the Admission Office and tell them you have overlooked a test scores from several years ago and ask if you should still send it in. Just be honest. There is no reason to lie and I don’t think it matters to them.
