So, I'm applying to three places: Andover, Choate, and Deerfield. I sent Choate and Andover the graded essay but until today I didn't know that Deerfield required a graded essay. I am going to send the essay tomorrow and it should get there Friday. That's 6 days after the deadline. Will this affect my chances? I'm going to call them tomorrow to give them a head's up.
(P.S. I'm really stressing)

I doubt it will make that big of a difference just make sure you call them.

I didnt send the graded essay and when I called them to confirm my FULL application they told me that everything as there!

I think they don`t ask for graded essay. I mean Deerfield. Where did you find such an info?

[Application Forms :: Deerfield Academy](http://www.deerfield.edu/apply/63/Application_Forms)

Step number 4 says graded essay. If you open up the full application there’s a form to send with the graded essay (pg. #13). It was really unclear though.

Your thread completely saved me. I never knew that we had to for Deerfield. Thanks! I called them and they said that as long as we turn it in before February 11th we’re fine.

where does it mention that you need a graded essay for andover?

nevermind my question. i found it :)

Where did u find it andoverbigblue??

I would fax or e-mail a copy to school and mail overnight original by FEDEX
