<p>i have no idea. i’m someone who didn’t even know about the ED agreement form until today so i think you should find someone else to ask these things.</p>

<p>i’m in the same situation. my counselor told me it could be submitted online, but turns out that only my part could be submitted online.
her part of the agreement has to be mailed, since she is doing her rec. by mail as well. so now i have to mail it on monday when i see her.</p>

<p>Can anyone give us a definite answer? Im contemplating faxing one today without the signature and then another monday with it. Is that the best solution?</p>

<p>The ED agreement form is just the one on common app, right? My GC mailed in the ED form that I printed off common and signed, but does Penn have a second one available on the penn website or something? Just want to make sure.</p>

<p>YOU ONLY NEED TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION BY NOV. 1ST. I did not have the chance to get my college counselors signature this week. She said it would not be a problem if it was faxed in on Monday.</p>

<p>It says postmarked by Nov. 1 so don’t worry</p>

<p>Get the signature on monday, go to the post office and get it next day shipped (it will get there before the normal mail does)</p>
