forgot to submit one tax form

I’ve completed all of the required materials for the college (CSS, FAFSA, IDOC), but my portal financial aid checklist (which I never checked until today- I didn’t know this was a thing, and I assumed I had turned in all materials from going through their financial aid website) says that my schedule 2 tax form is only “initiated”. However, I submitted all of the required tax forms on the IDOC. I can’t find any way to turn in my schedule 2 tax form (there is usually an upload link) other than sending a photocopy directly to the financial aid office.

It’s two days past the financial aid deadline for early decision, so I am kind of freaking out. I’ve emailed the financial aid office, but their office hours are only weekdays so it might be a while before I receive a reply, and I want to know what to expect.

The withdrawal deadline in November 26th. Will I not be eligible for institutional aid? Should I withdraw my application?
