<p>Most of the other questions are quite easy, but this question (Name a Penn professor with whom you would like to study or conduct research and explain why) is quite befuddling. How am I supposed to find UPenn professors? I tried their directory but it requires at least a last name. Can anyone who applied under ED help?</p>

type in university of pennsylvania and subject you want the professor of
then browse the department and check out the different profs</p>
<p>I looked at the school I was interested in (SEAS)
Academic Programs-->Undergraduate-->SEAS-->Faculty & Research, and muddled around there.. looking at the page for the school you'd want to conduct research in probably will get you the names of a couple professors, and from there you can either look on the Penn website for more info on them or just do a google search :)</p>
<p>Just go to the department site and they should have faculty and what they specialize in</p>
<p>i asked the penn representative at one of the presentations i went to and she said they're must likely taking this question off next year because it causes trouble... but for this year, they basically just want to see that you have interest in academics. she said to go to the site and just pick someone who seems to have interesting research and explain why you might want to work with them.</p>
