It says to make photocopies of your SAT/ACT/AP/SATII score reports, but let's say you can't find certain reports, but you had them sent to USC...do I still have to fill out the Student Report SAT/ACT, and if I do, should I just send the ones I have or try to rush a report to my house and then photocopy it?

Where does it say to send photocopies? We just had college board send results and considered it done.

Okay, sorry. I see. My S is applying online, where you are not asked for photocopies. Why are you going paper instead of online?

I am doing it online, I just didn't realize I didn't need to do that (cause the PDF links include a link to Form #6) :P

wait so is there a solution because im doing paper.

i'm pretty sure you have to turn in form #6 in addition to your onlnie app...on the checklist it doesn't say "form #6 or apply online"...they need the photocopy as a quicker source for reviewing apps than the officla reports from cboard and act...they use he officia lreports for verication

Let's say I haven't found my SAT II, SAT, or AP score reports yet. Will this hurt me? :/

for act, sat i and II's just photocopy the score report off your online score sheet (i emailed usc and this is okay)..for AP score reports ask your school for a copy of your scores.

Online it doesn't even mention this.

for those non-believers..heres the checklist..read step 8..http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/admission/freshmen/..it does not say "or apply online", thank me later

well this is what i did:
go to collegeboard and print the scores from the view status
ap scores, just photocopy the one you got from the mail.
attach form 6 and just mail it with your usc id.

she speaks the troof

so let me get this straight: i can't send my ACT scores through the ACT testing agency? I have to photo-copy the score I got in the mail and put the USC coversheet with it and send it to them?

and then, I have to submit an official transcript with that cover sheet by December 11th? I thought the online self-reported grades would be enough until they make us send in the Mid-Year Reports...

none of that makes sense, so someone please verify 'cause i'm confused..

you send in your ACT score through ACT and send a photo copy. Also you must put the coversheet with the score. Also the official transcript with the coversheet must be sent too. our counselors at least warn us of this terrible mess before hand, so we were prepared.

would that also include sending official college transcripts if i have them? i mean the courses are still listed on my high school transcripts but i dunno if i should send them still.

and do the transcripts actually have to be postmarked by December 11th?

I just called them and they said if I'm doing it online you don't need to fill out form #6...

Technically, you are supposed to send college transcripts when applying as a freshman, but my S didn't (his college course was noted as a comment on his HS trasncript). After he was admitted, USC requested that all college transcripts be sent in, so we had the college send an official transcript in & it became part of his USC record. If you want to send a copy of the college transcript with your app, that should be OK, with an official copy to follow after you are accepted. If you want the official word, you could contact your admissions counselor at http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/counselors/admission_counselor/ for the OFFICIAL & definitive answer.

yeah, i just called right now and he said that you don't need to send them by the Dec. 11th deadline if you self-report your grades, but you're going to have to send them eventually in the admissions process.

and they said you don't need form 6 if you took the test in december and are sending them straight to USC, so i'm assuming if you took it earlier and don't want to photocopy your scores you can still send it straight to USC without Form 6
