<p>I forgot to write in the form code on the scantron for the multiple choice questions for music theory and chemistry. Is this a big deal? or do I need to notify college board?</p>
<p>Did you not bubble it in? I don’t believe you identify the exam your score sheet correlates to anywhere else on it…</p>
<p>Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s pretty vital info… but I do suppose that you had to write in the name of the exam in the bottom left, so that should help.</p>
<p>I guess I’m not understanding the question. If you bubbled in the right exam with the right form code (if it’s APUSH or Calc), you’re fine. If you didn’t fill out that section at all though, you’ve got an issue. Or if you bubbled in the wrong form code on APUSH or Calc (4FBP-Q/4FBP-R). The rest only have one form code (4FBP).</p>
