Maybe this is a bit of a silly question, but how should I format my answers to the short answer questions? Currently I have the two 140-character questions and the essay just in a word doc next to numbers 1-3 and my name in the header. I wasn't sure if/where my address and title should go or if I should do MLA formatting or what. I would appreciate any thoughts :)

Hey! Sorry for the late response, if you haven’t sent your application yet, hopefully this can be of use.

MLA formatting is not necessary. Include all of the answers in the same document, but make it obvious which question you are answering (label them, or something along those lines). If you are sending the supplemental answers separate from your application, you need to include your name, address and date of birth in the document.

@mih1006 I know it’s march but I wanted to say thank you for answering my post! The advice made me feel better about my supplement, and I was accepted to U Pitt back in early December, to the Honours College with a large scholarship
I am happy to help! If you have other questions, you can contact me through @hailtopitt1787 or you can call our office: 412-624-7488. Congratulations on your acceptance!
