Former Californian Resident, Can I receive in-state tuition?

<p>I lived in California for the majority of my life but I moved to Texas my junior year in high school. I've wanted to come back to California for school, but am afraid of paying out-of-state tuition. I am currently in my sophmore year of community college. Can I qualify for in-state tuition for California schools?</p>
