Former Sophomore Slacker needs your opinion!

I'm going to be a junior in the fall of 2006.
I slacked quite a bit freshman and junior year.. earning only a couple of A's and the rest B's. If i work reaaaallly hard the following years, do i have a chance at any good schools? Emory maybe? I really dont know.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
