Forms?

<p>I'm very confused on all of the forms USC offers on their website. I've filled out the application, sent in my transcript, recs, and scores (both official and faxed), but there are 8 forms listed on their website. Do they want us to print out every form and fax it? Or the only form which we have to fax is our ACT/SAT scores?</p>

<p>What 8 forms? Are you talking about the pdf version of the application? If so then no, you do not have to FAX a pdf application if you have already submitted online.</p>
