I’m not sure if it’s just me or what, but the forum is running SUPER slow today. I have to refresh pages because I keep getting error messages. All other webpages are working fine for me, it’s just CC.
I remember that there was supposed to be a fix of some sort released today- maybe it’s related to that?
Thanks, Romani…I haven’t had any issues with performance this morning (logging in from home, not the office). Have you been experiencing this over a certain period of time? I know there are sometimes momentary hiccups if certain updates are released. Are others experiencing this as well?
I’ve been experiencing this all morning. I keep getting this error, too: “There was an error performing your request. Please try again.” Even if I’m just scrolling through the forum, it’s popping up in the lower left hand corner.
We’ve run a few diagnostics and are finding nothing awry. However, the lower left-hand corner pop-up sounds like it is originating from the forum software. Have you tried other browsers?
Are others on the site experiencing these same issues? We need more information about what might be going on.
Our apologies, Romani.
Not your fault. I’m heading out for today- I’ll let you know if it’s still glitchy for me in the evening.
No problem…I hope it straightens up for you!
Well, as of tonight, it’s been running just fine. Weird.
Unfortunately, the yesterday time thing is still happening- is that fix still going through today?
Good to hear you are no longer experiencing the sluggishness. Hard to say what it might have been, but there are momentary, unexplained ‘hiccups’ that sometimes occur (and that is the technical term for it :). We had that with the old site as well (though I seem to recall sluggish load times continuing for days at one point).
Regarding the time stamp issue, the last I knew it was on the schedule for yesterday…though realizing it was on the schedule a few times prior as well. Our product manager posted last week about a security issue that pushed a few items back, including the timestamp fix. I’ll try to get an update from him on this, though.
