Foundation year in the uk can can transfer credits towards the associate in arts degree in the usa?

It’s a long story but I will make it brief…I’m an international student that just finished a foundation year in the uk but because of destiny I had to move USA and now I’m 20 credits to finish my AA.
I’m wondering if I get my foundation year transcript officially evaluated, can the credits transfer…like for gordon rule subjects… for the AA?

The subjects I had contained 1000 words essays and foundation year in the uk is kinda the equivalent to associate in arts degree in the usa.

Are you already enrolled in a community college? Community colleges will usually evaluate your transcript to see which (if any) classes can transfer. This is pretty standard. Foundation year is not equivalent to an AA- it is more like 1 year of a 2 year AA.

Yes. I’m going to ask next week at the school hope they are hopeful because I have to pay for the officially evaluation and they won’t do it without it. Just wondering beforehand if anyone had the same experience or knows about it. I’d like to know if any class classes credits could transfer from the foundation year.

It will depend on what classes they are, and how well they correspond to classes at your new college.
