Four Times Taking the SAT?

<p>Will taking the SAT four or five times hurt my chances of getting accepted into colleges? </p>

<p>A lot of colleges that I am applying to superscore, so I don't see a big deal with taking the SAT four times but a lot of people on this forum say that you should only take the SAT three times. My score is currently at an 1860 and I would like to improve it to about 2050+.</p>

<p>I am also taking the ACT again for a second time, but I would like to take the SAT once or twice more because I believe I can improve my scores quite a bit.</p>

<p>If the schools you are applying to accept score choice, then it’s fine. The colleges won’t know anyways lol.
If they want to see all of your scores though, then it might hurt your chances slightly (it won’t be detrimental though)</p>

<p>I don’t think you should unless you’re SURE you can get at least a 200 point increase.
Otherwise, you just look a little obsessed.</p>
