FPF course help!

Hi! :) This is the schedule I'm hoping to get next fall!

English Rhetoric (whatever level my AP scores place me in)
Math 1B- F. Bourgoin
Classics 10AC- Y. Syed
Gender and Women Studies 50AC- J. Fulmer

I need 4 backups to put down & idk which breadth courses to choose! I have to do the 7 course breadth requirement and since these really aren't gonna help my major I'd prefer them to be rather easy so I can focus on Math and English and have a smooth transition to the rigor of college classes, especially at Berkeley. The other ones I am looking at are...

History 7B (AC)- S. Gervase
Sociology 3AC- S. Niyogi
Philosophy 2- TBA
Psychology 1- B. Mangan
International and Area Studies (World History) 45- TBA
Environmental Science, Policy, and Management 50AC- K. Spreyer

For any of the teachers/classes I mentioned (or some I didn't but you'd recommend!) I'd LOVE any info on the personalities, strictness, teaching abilities, homework load, how hard tests are, curves that help grades, curves that hurt grades, teacher grading, how likely it is to get an A, type of homework, whether whats gone over in class is whats on test or if you're left to fend for yourself, anything you can tell me would be GREATLY appreciated!! Basically, which FPF class are the easiest to get As in! :) I really just wanna start my first semester off well til I can get used to college classes & I feel like the breadth requirement is not worth taking extremely difficult classes! THANKS!! :)
