Frantic Freshmen- Need Help Registering For Class >.<

Hi guys,

I've already had my orientation and I am currently trying to create for myself the right schedule, not suicidally hard nor easy. I really want to ease my way into college since freshmen year is the easiest.
I am hoping to major in biochem and to get into its early admission, which is probably around spring 2013. For early admission, I must take chem 142, chem 152, and chem 162, math 124, math 125, and bio 180 my freshmen year. I have a fairly competent background in chemistry, but struggle a bit in Ochem. I also am pretty strong in calculus. However, i don't really know if these apply since college courses are on a different level of difficulty.

My current schedule is: chem 142 and math 124 and Eng 121.
I know that these intro classes are freshmen weed out classes. Some people say chem 142 together with math 124 is really heavy, while some say that it is quite manageable. Also, idk how heavy eng comp 121 is 😭. I don't know whether I should keep it the way it is or replace math 124 with an elective... Please, those wise and experienced, help me.

We just had a similar new thread on this topic: math 12x and chem 14x have large problem sets and chem as labs and reports, but the workload really depends on your chem and math preparation. What math and chem coursework have you completed, how did you do, and when? Bio 180 can be hard to get into as a freshman; your best luck might be in a quarter when you have registration the first freshman reg date (based on last digit of student #). Eng 121 is much less workload compared to chem 142 and math 124, but your time commitment will depend somewhat on your writing strength.

“you have registration the first freshman reg date (based on last digit of student #).”
Curious about this. If I have sophomore credits and my last digit of my ID is 1, does this mean I have the earliest sophomore date for registration next quarter, or what?
