<p>Son is getting ready to register for fall 2014 rush. Looked at the registration and had a question about the picture.</p>
<p>What kind of picture do they want? A professional type one or casual one? What should he be wearing in the pic? </p>

<p>Face and shoulders, clear, used for recognition. Professional not necessary. Fraternity rush works WAY differently from sorority rush. He should go ahead and contact the fraternities, let them know his Bama Bound dates, ask if he can come by to meet guys. Then do so during Bama Bound. Many have already had rush parties and issued some bids - this is all sub rosa but is how it works. Very few wait until formal rush to pledge guys. It’s very much who-knows-who.</p>
