What is the situation for out of state students looking to rush freshman year? I have heard certain fraternities like to give out the majority of bids not only to Texas kids, but over the summer as well. Does this take place during frog camp/orientation, or is the summer aspect only a possibility for local kids? Does being from out of state mean it is possible you don’t get a bid?
