Freak OUT!

Hey guys why is no one freaking out? Over in the Penn forum people are analyzing everything...and going haywire just thinking about the next 3-ish weeks! Hoya hopefuls - let's energize!

We are just waaaaay more logical like that. :P

Are you kidding?? I am totally freaking out too! Lol

Take it easy… analyzing won’t help anything

Will they email us on the 1st or do we have to wait for the letter in the mail? Does anyone know if they allow you to check the decision over the phone?

You will not be alerted via email, internet, or telephone. You will get a regular, business sized envelope with your decision in the mail next week. The envelope is the same regardless of your decision.

ahh thanks for saying that. glad to know the small envelope doesn’t mean a no straight off the back…

for EA i was called by a student representive the same day i got my letter
so the phone call actually has a chance of arriving earlier than the mail I suppose
bc i think it was merely a coincidence with my letter & call arriving at the same time

oh yeah the small envelope freaked me out too
but it turned out alright

I just had a dream that I got in! Ugh, the letter needs to come faster! I’m freakin’ out, man!

Anyone contact admissions to find out when letters are being mailed out?

last year the first ones came out on 3/29. AAAAA

Likely the same day of the week as last year. I’m unbelievably nervous…I was deferred EA but since have gotten likelies from Cornell & ND…I love Georgetown.

@maserrano: how could you be deferred EA and get likelies?!? I’m sure you’ll get in RD! :D

So, does everyone think that the letters were sent today?

I think they’ll be sent tomorrow

Just makes me feel like G’town is extremely special. Part of the ND thing was the all expense paid trip…I’m really hoping I get in.

The wait for all of my schools are killing me!

the wait (singular) for all my schools (plural) IS (is refers back to the singular “wait”) killing me. the wait for all my schools IS killing me is the proper way to say it…
