<p>I submitted my application to one university for Early Decision 2. When I had already submitted, I rechecked my application and I found out I filled my date of birth wrong. It should be mm/dd/yyyy but I filled with dd/mm/yyyy.
What could I do now?
I have already sent the email to the university I applied to. Will this matter to my application?

<p>It is a small mistake. Since you have emailed the school just follow up to make sure they got your email. Create a new version of the common app to correct your birthdate for other application.</p>
<p>Do you mean I have to create a new account? Because a new version of the Common application do not allow me to modify my birthday date.</p>
<p>No not a new account. Have you tried to create a second version of your common app. Google it to find the page that telsl you how to do it if you havn’t tried already. </p>
<p>If when you create a second version it does not let you change the date of your birthday then email the common app folks and explain what the problem is, tell them your Common app ID number and the real date of your birthday and see if they can.</p>
