freaking out about college

I am egyptian. Came to america sophomore year in highschool. I took all honors classes. It was very hard to keep up at first but after a while it got better. It took me so long to adjust and fix my grades. By the end of the first semester of sophomore year i ranked 17/420. I had 2 B's and the rest are A's. FOr second semester sophomore year I got all A's. I ranked 10/420.
Junior year I joined alot of extracurricular activities. Varsity tennis, NHS, French national honor society, I volunteered at the public library, volunteered at school alot, environmental club and science club. First semester i had 4 B's and 3 A's but I still ranked 5th because I was taking 3 AP classes and 4 honors. Second semester junior year I ranked 3rd. My grades included 3B's and 4 A's. MY GPA was 5.751/5. I transferred schools senior year so I don't have a gpa or a rank anymore. But my course load is as follows:
AP calculus BC
AP chemistry
AP micro
AP macro
AP statistics
Advanced composition
Martial arts
DO i have a chance in getting into University of CHICago or the GPPA program at UIC or NOrthwestern University?
I am a female arab so I think I am considered a minority
I have lived so many hardships through moving and my brother had a blood disease and he recieved a bone marrow transplant last year. Because of this I basically lived by myself all throughout junior year so it was very hard. My parents stayed with my brother at the hospital all the time and I had to take care of my self and my two sisters. ONe of them was a 1 week old baby.
please give me your opinions.

People from Arabia are considered caucasian, not minorities.

I think you have a good chance actually because you have a ton of disadvantages in your life. Yet you still come out pretty much on top.

Just make sure when applying to UChicago that you state your interest in going.

i think i’m considered african. but thanks though.

There are more. Caucasian.

That seems kind of dumb how that’s still considered caucasian…

Modern Egyptians are considered to be Arabs and thus, Caucasians.

How are Arabs Caucasians?

***? I thought Caucasians are white

Caucasians are those of the ethnic group who descended from the Caucusus mountain range. The Middle Eastern area is right in the neighborhood. Not necessarily white, but the vast majority of Europeans and European descended people are Caucasian.
