<p>I'm an international in the U.S., my international application checklist from UT states: "Please do not mail paper copies of your transcript(s) until you are offered admission. Doing so will only delay the processing of your application" But it seems you guys have to send in with mail? is it different for citizens and internationals? Also, I would summit my transcript by PDF, and it says I have to send in official transcripts? So does that mean that my PDF has to contain seals and signatures? But when I request it from my school, they only gave me the ones without signature and seals! should I request again? wil they give it to me? freaking out. And what about BHP? do I have to mail it before DEC.1 because I applied to it? Thank you for answering me.</p>
