So the discrepancy in my transcript i.e. the possible C is due to me being sick most of the first quarter of my senior year (bumpp) but it only affected some not all, i.e. The Physics, CAlc BC and I think AP English

I was just wondering what are my chances at Yale university. Pls do be honest. I really want to hear from different people what my chances are. Thank you

Sorry, my GPA for Junior and Senior year is 3.6 I know it falls short from the required 3.9 GPA. I do not know my GPA for Freshman and sophomore year, because I was not studying in the USA

Can anyone someone, pls reply!!! 30 views and no reply!!!

Ivyaspire, calm down. Firstly, people are probably enjoying their holiday instead of surfing the net. It’s Christmas. Also, our opinions – especially this late in the game – are not going to make or break your application. You’re not asking for constructive criticism either. Are our comments going to discourage or encourage you to apply? It’s all in your and the adcom’s hands. There are no adcoms on this board, and even if they are, they’re not going to tell you anything. Relax!

You probably have a better shot using the chances forum. [What Are My Chances? - College Confidential](Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums) People aren’t supposed to post Chance threads on the university forums anyway, but a lot of them still do.

It’s a bit annoying that you’ve got two identical chancing threads on the same page of the Yale forum. Also, sometimes people get annoyed by chancing threads/don’t have anything to say because there’s nothing we can do to help you! Read this: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/columbia-university/574004-stop-chance-threads.html

Enjoy your vacation!

How do I delete a thread ?

You can’t delete a thread. You can try reporting the first message in the thread with a short message to ask the moderators to close the thread down.
