So I transferred to my school a year ago. When I submitted the application I logged back in after months to complete the application- and irresponsibly just skimmed and clicked through. I was reviewing my transcript today and noticed there were no credits listed from one of the colleges I attended. I feel like I must not have listed it initially and then didn’t notice when I scanned through. I went there for two terms in between colleges and dropped out. I did not intend not to list it. What do I do? Should I just have transcripts sent over? Should I call the registrars office and explain what happened? Will they consider this academic dishonesty? Literally it was so far back (2009) and so little compared to my academic history that I do not think it would have made any difference to get into this extremely uncompetitive university. But I know this is an issue. I know they can kick students out for leaving out a transcript, or take a way degree in the future. I don’t need a lecture I know this is an issue. I need advise on what to do now. Especially appreciated if you work in a position that would handle this kind of situation. What would you do? What should I do?
If I didn’t mention it at this point I know if there was suspicion they could find it out and really I don’t want it hidden- but I also don’t want to be booted out when I already have a year left. I’ve already received financial aid, Im surprised nothing has been said yet. Would they check at graduation? Has anyone else been in this situation? If so what did you do???
