Sorry if someone has already posted this question... but my My UCLA account is still saying that they haven't received my transcript, and since the deadline is coming up I'm starting to get really worried. I filled out the form asking my counselor to send my final transcript to UCLA the week before I graduated in early June... but it still hasn't been received.

I plan on calling the general questions hotline for undergrads today (I believe it's open from 1:00-4:00?) to let them know, but if they ask me to send the transcript again I might be in trouble because I think my school's main office is now closed for the summer. I guess my main question is whether they'll rescind my offer of admission if I can't get my transcript postmarked by the 15th. (Another student from my school's graduating class who'll be attending UCLA also said that his transcript hasn't been received, so either they both got lost in the mail or our counselor made a mistake since I know we both submitted our requests by the deadline.)

I just called my school today and they said they sent my transcript back on 7/5 but the myucla website said it hasn't received it yet. The website also says that it takes about 2 weeks after the transcript has been sent in before the website updates. So I wouldn't worry too much about it. You can call the admissions office to see if they have received it yet. You're correct about the office hours. If they haven't received your transcript by the postmarked deadline they will call you.

same exact situation with me. they already received my college transcript...from concurrent enrollment which i requested like 2 weeks after i requested my high school one. so i called my school and the lady was insisting she had it sent june 27. i called ucla they said they received nada. so i called the school again and the lady said she'd sent it out again. i don't trust my school so if they dont have it tomorow i might go down to the schol and personally pick it up and drive it to ucla

I just called the ucla admission office and they said that they are receiving so much transcripts that they don't have time to update it on the computer. The guy told me as long as it was postmarked before 7/15 I should be fine.

hey does anyone know the actual office you turn in transcripts by hand? I actually plan on doing that, and I just wondered if anyone knows off hand where you take them and what hours you should?
