<p>If you paid the app fee, they’re supposed to return it. Otherwise, I don’t think they’ve contacted anyone to say that “Hey, we’re not taking transfers.” It’s just on their web page.</p>

<p>You had great stats… its surprising that you’ve been rejected. I don’t think you need to worry because you will most likely get into the other schools you’ve listed with those awesome stats. However, I think it could’ve been that you didnt have enough EC’s? That would be my guess… Good luck!</p>

You should apply to CMC and Northwestern if you want more options.</p>

<p>I am sorry to hear that, and I got rejected too with a 3.8 GPA. I asked them theysaid the admission is just too competitive, I think maybe we need to have at least a 4.0 GPA and 2200+ SAT to get in, I really to want get in and I didn’t even apply for financial aid, but still got rejected.</p>

<p>so I submitted all parts of the Wash U app before March 1st, and a decision was supposed to come within 30 days. Instead, I got a letter today stating “Unfortunately, our admissions committee cannot make a decision on your application without the information concerning your academic progress checked below” and they asked me to submit my final spring 2010 transcripts. Only then will they review my app.</p>
<p>I already sent in my mid-semester grade report, and my final transcripts won’t come until late May. Will this delay affect my decision?? Is this update a good or bad sign??</p>

<p>guesswho2232: Isn’t yours rather a good sign? I didn’t even send a mid-term grade report, but they sent me an email that my application was complete. My application was completed later than 3/1 because I had to re-send my TOEFL (I am an int’l student) score, but they didn’t ask me to submit other grades. That means, I am either rejected at the first step, or admitted, I think. I applied for FA.</p>

I would say that is a positive sign because my situation is exactly like that of heywhatup. My pathway just says that my application is complete and there has been no communication whatsoever from the college after that.</p>
