So I did really bad through my High School years and I was just wondering what kind of colleges I could get into? Like UCR or Westmont. Dont want to go to CSUs. Could use some suggestions.

GPA: Only Sophomore and Junior years(Got a 4.0 freshmen year)(Hoping to get a 3.5-4.0
senior year)
Unweighted-2.9
Weighted-3.2

SAT: 1920(Plan on taking it again)

I have taken 1 SAT subject test and plan on taking another one at December. I've taken 4 APs and passed all of them. Taking 4 right now.

EC:(I know that my EC's suck :/)
I've been in like 5 clubs in school. President of 1. Key(2 years, 100 hrs volunteering), NHS(1 year), some others.
I've volunteered at temple for the past 4 years.
No sports.

I can get teacher rec's and have an good personal statement. I'm gonna be the 1st in my family to go to college.

What colleges can I get into? Any other colleges u may suggest?

PS. Really want to go to saint Marys college in California. Also can I get into a Christian school like Westmont without being Christian?

Forget to put that I have volunteered at one time events - park clean ups and beach clean ups. Also I live Cali. Would prefer colleges in Cali but don’t mind outside.

I’m not sure I would EA if you are planning on bringing your GPA up… do you want to give them a mid-year report to look at too and show improvement. Other than that, don’t worry too much, UCR isn’t too selective and your SAT is good. ECs don’t matter as much at less selective schools (I know everyone on CC seems so amazing in this respect and I was intimidated too).

Money is no prob. I’m in my senior year so cant really bring my gpa up. Also that is my UC gpa. Also anyone have any other suggestions fo colleges that might be in my range? I would prefer private.

If you raise your SAT above 2000 then i think you’ll probably get into UCR. Also you should look into UC Santa Cruz and UC Merced. You could probably get into Merced but Santa Cruz is probably a reach. Check out links below for actual help. Try to get 700+ on your next subject test cause that could really help you.
