<p>Ok, so before this school year started I was suspended from school for forging a principles and my counselors signature on a city college application. I know it was totally totally wrong but no one was on the schools campus when i tried to get them before the application was due. They found out, i was suspended and now me and my counselor dont get along. My question is- do i say yes to the section on the commonapp where it says have you been suspended or do i lie? will they check it or do they just look for people to say yes and investigate? I wonder because i know how bad this looks, especially from a college standpoint. My whole essay is about change from my sophmore year to my Jr one, and right before i become a senior this happens. whta do i do? Thanks</p>
<p>You tell the truth. Your GC will have to answer the same question about you and I think s/he’ll remember it.</p>
