Freaking out! What should I do?

<p>I sent my application and my supplement to UPenn/Wharton, but on my application it says early decision and on my supplement it says regular applicant. Also, I previewed my supplement and the first page of my supplement essay is cut out! What should I do? If I call them and tell them the problem how will I be able to change to early and add the first page of my supplement?</p>
