<p>Can anyone recommend a free apartment finder/locator? My friends and I are looking for an apartment or condo in west campus for next fall but we're not really sure where to start. We just need someone to show us around and help us find some of the lesser known and/or cheaper places.</p>

<p>All the realtors around UT are free. The apartments pay the realtors to bring students in. I’m currently using 512 Realty (its behind the Whataburger) and there’s also Metro Realty, Realty Austin, etc.</p>
<p>I use Metro Realty, and they’re pretty good. 512 Realty is also good as kaygar09 already stated.</p>
<p>I am looking for a 2x2 in North or West campus but my price range is around $600 per bedroom. Anyone know any places or websites that are helpful in finding places? I’ve been searching for hours everyday with no luck. Either the apartment has really bad reviews or it doesn’t fit the price range. Any help is appreciated.</p>
<p>I know The Block has 2 bedroom apartments for $600 something a month. I can’t remember but I THINK it was like $650…maybe…</p>
<p>This was around Thanksgiving so I don’t know if those specific apartments are available right now but they do have them.</p>
<p>$650 is a little too much. I would be willing to pay maximum $625/month for a 2x2. Any other places?</p>
