<p>Hey all,</p>

<p>I'm the editor of an online journal on education (Stop</a> Manufacturing Us!) and I'm about to write a series of articles on free education abroad for International students. First in the series is free undergraduate education in USA. (The next are free graduate education in USA and free education in Europe respectively)</p>

<p>I would like to know the following information:-</p>

<p>1) How many colleges are there in the US that don't require enrolled students to pay any tuition fee? Do these colleges also pay for room and board? I know one - Berea college. Are there others?</p>

<p>2) Usually what are the colleges that offer need-based aid for international students? I know that most private liberal arts colleges offer need-based aid. Are there others?</p>

<p>Can you please link me to resources that would help me in writing this series of articles?</p>

I’m not sure about their exact policies–I think all the service academies give everything, but Cooper U. only pays for tuition; room and board can add up to a lot in NYC.</p>

<p>I don’t believe the Service academies admit students who are not U.S. citizens.</p>
