<p>Unless you work in or have access to office facilities, the answer is no.</p>
<p>also, unless you are in ILR - ILRies get about 300 free pages of printing per semester. </p>
<p>at the end of each semester, if I havn't used up all of my free printing, I like to print off random stuff just to use up my remaining balance. Then, I put it all in the shreader and dump it into my bath tub and baithe in it for about 30 minutes. Something free from Cornell is indeed reason to rejoice.</p>

<p>I believe anywhere. I've always just printed wherever I am and my parents have never complained about monthly bills for printing. As long as you use your NetID, I believe you're covered.</p>
