Free Response Booklets

I want to get my free response booklet for some of my APs. It says on the CB site to send a written request to AP services. For those of you who have done this before, what do you put in the written request? Your name, date of birth, AP number credit card number, etc?

Or a check for $7 ?

Are you sure your teacher doesn’t have them? Because I got both my AP World and Art History booklets from them.

I have the green inserts but i mean the Actual pink booklets, you have to order those.

bump. I want to send the request today

In my request I included:

Name
Date of Birth
Address
AP Number
Check for $14
Request for physics B and statistics
signature

Is that all? How long can i expect to wait for the books to come?

What is this actually?

You can back the essays you wrote?

you can order the actual pink free response booklets for the exams you took at $7 per exam. There are no grades or comments in them though.

Yeah, you can pay $7 per test to get back your actual responses. Of course, CB doesn’t offer this for late/alternate exams.

And OP, sounds like your request is complete. Not sure when you should be expecting them, though.

ok great thanks

If you order your booklet and get it back, can you still have your exam regraded :o?

^
I’d assume so, because they don’t actually regrade the FRQ part, only the MC.

^Ah ha, good point :p.

You could grade the frq yourself since the scoring guidelines are on cb, soon anyway. Only exams like calc and physics and stat though, not frq that are essays like u.s since that is different.

^
True, but I don’t think CB actually tells you what your MC grade is if it is corrected, only a new score - so you can’t really be sure if they messed up the FRQ. (especially since you won’t have the conversion for scaled scores)

I mailed the request. Will collegeboard send me notification that the request was received and is being processed or will I simply receive the booklets i requested in like a month or more ? (enclosed a check)

You’ll probably just get the booklets. Can’t say from experience though.

What’s the best way to do this? And what exactly is the pricing on this?

This is my first time doing it.

I sent a letter to Collegeboard with my Full Name, Address, AP Number, Check for $ 14, year of the desired exams, and the desired exams.

Price is $7 per booklet

The only way to do this is by snail mail?

@LoseYourself: Or fax. If you fax, obviously, you must give your credit card number on the document (can’t fax checks, haha).

You can’t do this process online?
