My high and mighty AP Bio teacher last year was “sure” he knew what lab question would be on the test, and told all of us what it would be. Lo and behold, the question was about bacterial plasmids, which was the one lab we skipped. Oh well. Prepare for all of them, hope for the best, and get ready for the worst.</p>
