Free visit programs for low income and URM students?

Hi! I’m looking for paid for visit opportunities for low income and/or URM students at different colleges for my school. I know Oberlin & Miami of OH have them. Any others? Thanks!

Bowdoin has the Explore Bowdoin program - there’s an application involved. Preference is for applicants from lower income backgrounds and students who will be the first in their family to attend college.

Prologue To Bates is a 3 day visit all paid for but you have to apply like Bowdoin’s. There are quite a few of these programs. Just Google it and I am sure a list will pop up.

There was a very similar post a few weeks ago with a lot of good info about this topic. Wish I could remember what it was called, but do a search. Be aware that many of the programs are restricted and might depend on a variety of factors: first 100 qualified students, race, certain GPA, supporting documents, etc… There are also a number of colleges, not necessarily on the link, that will fly-in students after acceptance, and those might not be dependent on race or income. Also, many colleges that provide fly in programs are often higher ranked, so your best chance to visit free is to be a good student. Good luck!

Is this the one?:

While searching for that one, I also came across this one:

Be sure to apply on time, and apply to more than 1. S applied to 4.

@csdad2 , yes the first thread you listed is very informative. Edit: the second post is a partial list of flyins and some of the requirements. OP, you will get a lot of info from that first post listed by csdad.
