d

o

t'aurais dû le dire à tout le monde (et en anglais) comme ça ce sera pas que moi qui apprend qqch!

mais je te remercie quand m

one question--are u guys all native french speakers??

i still dont know the curve...

curve?!?!?!?!?!?!?
PLEASSSSSSE

My french book says "esperer que" is always followed by the subjunctive.

Just saying.

i know someone knows the curve.
reveal yourself.

I looked at another thread and allegedly it was mentioned in the Barron's book that you could miss 9 and still receive an 800.

But don't quote me on this.

Bonne chance!

Scott

ah putain shall we continue this esp

corbeau is right

Corbeau is right, because we're just learning Subjuntive right now and I remember asking my teacher about esperer.

She clearly stated to the class that it is NOT like Spanish. It is only sometimes used with Subjunctive in special cases.

My french book clearly states that esperer is always subjontif.

so if u miss like 15, is that still over 700?

I'm not taking the test until later in the spring, but lecorbeau is right about esp

none whatsoever. i've been speaking french since I was around 9 and i didnt have to study at all. just make sure you know the format of the test. so you don't get tricked up on it.

the results are finally in... :):)

I just had to post this somewhere: I got 800 (for the french sat subject test, of course) which was what I was aiming for, so I won't have to retake (sigh of relief) - oh, and I'm absolutely thrilled!

congrats marina-b!! how were the comprehension passages?? i'm taking mine in december....i don't know what i'm aiming for but anything >770 would be dazing. great score, again!!!
