French Student Need Help!!!!

Hey everybody let me introduce myself . Im a french student that moved to florida a year ago and i would like to attend to one of the Top universities like NYU or MCGill .What type of Act Scores Would i need ??? because i took it and scored a 27 composite (english is not my mother tongue !!!)

Your ACT is below average for NYU.

[Just the Facts](http://www.nyu.edu/admissions/undergraduate-admissions/is-nyu-right-for-you/faqs.html)

A 27 ACT per se would make admissions to McGill unlikely. Normally coming out of a US high school, McGill would evaluate you as an American regardless of citizenship. If you did part of your secondary school In France, they may not hold the low ACT against you. You would still need a high GPA.

BTW, as a French citizen, tuition at McGill would be $3600/year.
