I'd like to ask you something about the french university system (non-Bologna Process) that has confused me a bit.

I'm referring especially to Sciences Po Paris, where you study your "1er cycle" for three years and thereafter you must do two years in order to get a "Master de Sciences Po Paris".
After the 1er cycle, apparently you don't get anything such as a Bachelor, which worries me a bit.

Now, does the system allow me to transfer (e.g. to the U.S.) after the 1. or 2. year of the "1er cycle", or at least do my Master somewhere else?

even i am confused by this Europe fascinates me but admission process leaves me caught up in the middle.Does france offer Undergraduate business and not doing something from Grande Ecole(Masters Level) is that vey bad fom view point of job

France Unis should offer undergraduate business.

You need to check with the specific universities you want to go to.

Normally an undergraduate program is 3 years instead of the 4 in the states.

I'm not sure about French universities and for foreigners, but I know here in Switzerland that I just have to sign up for uni and I'm in, no applying needed as long as I have a high school diploma, so I'm not too sure how it is for internationals.
