<p>Does anyone have any words of wisdom for the French placement test? Is there anything you can do to study for it? What kind of questions do they ask? Is it all written or is there a listening component to it? Is it hard to place out if you have had four years of high school French?</p>

<p>Does anyone know anything about French 230? If you place out of only two semesters of French, is taking French 230 over the summer a good way of completing the French requirement?</p>

<p>The first part of the French place exam is listening. Maybe 15-20 questions regarding a few short conversations that are played on a cd. Then comes the writing portion. I forget how many questions that was.</p>
