I'm sure everyone knows the infamous 'Freshman 15'. So i was wondering, whats a good way to keep it from happening? Do you guys sign up for exercise classes or do you just head to the ARC? Any tips would be much appreciated.

well i'm obviously outta the loop but am i right to assume "freshman 15" means to gain 15 pounds?

yep!
well my friends at other UC campuses
have devised a plan for EATING!
so..since it's buffet style right?
so the whole week you just eat ONE THING.
instead of indulging in the buffet-ness of our..commons!
:D
or my friend @ UCSD ..like negative 15'd
because all he did was eat cereal all day (he really likes cereal..)
ahhaha

lol @ freshman 15.

i tried to gain weight but i lost it zzz

stayed up late with friends and every day is at least 1.5 hrs of walking = freshman -5

wow..just cereal for a week? thats crazy.

I think if you just exercise daily and avoid eating like a pig everyday you'll be fine.
