Yeahhh haha, probably! Although I applied for fall, so I don’t know if that is going to affect my chances of getting in and if I should have applied for summer.

I also applied for Fall, [If I remember correctly, it was nearly 6 months ago] because my guidance counselor said that they consider you for both if you apply for it :D

BTW - CC is ruining my chances for college by making me procrastinate on an Andy Warhol Research paper. CURSES!

Ahh I had to do something similar in my dual enrollment Understanding Visual Arts class. Good luck! :/

:D:D It’s Dual Enrollment Humanities for me. We had TONS of topics to choose from, but unfortunately, only two people could claim each topic, and you didn’t have much time to pick in the GIANT MOB RUSH of topic-wanters, so it was between Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, and Galileo. ‘Andy’ and ‘Warhol’ were the only words I could utter before being ruthlessly dragged into the pits of Humanities hell, so I got stuck with him XD

The same thing happened in my D.E. Literature class, but I got my topic: ‘Genius Artists; Disturbed Minds.’

;) I’ve written 500 words on Warhol. I figure I’ll write 500 more tomorrow and do some MLA Citations [:(]

Ahh I’m more or less in the same boat, I have this research paper due today that was supposed to be five pages long, but I was only able to write 3 and a half pages D:
I’ve been been freaking out too much about the whole college thing that I haven’t been able to concentrate much. :S

Ohh I thought you were a transfer Ari? Are you a senior just full time dual enrollment with enough credits for your AA?

Senior, but about 45 credits =] More if I do well on the AP lit and Art History tests. I got most of them from APs. My only Dual enrollments have been Humanities, Geology, Lit, and College Algebra.

Danggg. Good job! Yeah I’ve only taken like 3 Aps and 5 dual enrollment

Ah :D

APS:
Human Geography, World History, Psychology, US History, Art History, English Lang, Computer Science A, and English Lit.

I tried at the Environmental Science and Macroeconomics ones without taking the classes… Bad idea XD but I got 4s and 5s on the rest I’m really not looking forward to economics though in college, or American Government, but at least one is required for Gen. Ed at UCF D:

I am in the same boat, I want to apply for summer of 2012. So many benefits of applying in the summer, taking one class to help get me use to school. Since I attend a central florida school, my guidance counslar has the states of the summer acceptance rate and let me tell you, its a piece of cake. They are actually LOOKING for students to apply for summer terms.

Although, there is a part of me that wants to do fall of 2012!

Laurentini, is there any way you can please get those stats and post them. Summer 2012 right here! :)

I’ll do it right now! give me 2 seconds!

UCF Summer Stats for 2010:

Admission Type: Rolling
Accepctance Rate: 51%
Average GPA for Summer: 3.3-3.8
Average SAT for Summer: 1550-1700

Now…compare to Fall 2010:

-ACT was not listed for Fall, but I am sure it’s on the website-

The difference is SO mind blowing.
It legit blew my mind.

@ lauren, omg i’ve never seen the summer stats. Where did you get that? Link please ? Thanks ?

I actually recieved them through my school.

BUT I just found the papers online!

http://ghs.sbac.edu/academics/programs/cambridge/documents/2010FLSUSMatrix.pdf

IT GIVES YOU EVERYTHING!
From summer and fall stats, when to apply, tuition, top selected majors, even health insurance!

I love you <3

I know, when guidance gave me all that info, I kind of wanted to hug them in a loving embrace. but then I had to think…that would be quite inappropriate. UCF is coming to my school on monday and I am signed up to see them. I may just attack them.

Haha get to know one of the people and reference them or something in your essay!
