In addition to the list above, in my freshman year, I was a member of the Chess Team and the Ultimate Frisbee club. Also, in the summer between my freshman and sophomore years, I volunteered in a hospital’s messenger department. This year, I am also a member of the Chess Club, a member of the Future Business Leaders of America chapter, a host at multiple school open houses, and I also helped in the School Toy Drive. Over the summer, I intend on attending the Navy Sports Camp for swimming and go to Nicaragua for a mission trip. Also, I received a 184 on the PSAT.

I don’t know too much about the US academies, but I have been looking into it a lot lately because I was considering. I think you have to bring your GPA up as much as possible in the next year because that will definitely hurt you. I see you do some JV sports, try to make the varsity teams, and make sure you are in shape. Have you considered applying for the summer seminar program? That always looks good when you’re applying.
Also you’re going to want to start prepping for SAT’s sooner rather than later because you’re going to want to break 2000.
You have a fighting chance if you work really hard junior year and you get your GPA on a trend higher
